7-Day Returns
You may return any certified gemstone within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the stone is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its certificate and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your returned gemstone, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
Exchanges
Prefer a different stone? We're happy to exchange your gemstone for another of equal value, or adjust the price difference.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut stones and bespoke jewellery made to your specification are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
